INTRODUCTION

Sulfuric acid derivative aqueous solution, can be directly added to the acid bath to restore and clean, without adjusting the pH, it has the advantages of environmental protection, energy saving, water saving and time saving.

PRODUCT FEATURE

Ø  Suitable for the reduction cleaning of polyester, acrylic, cellulose acetate and their blended fabrics in acid baths to remove unfixed disperse dyes.

Ø  ZS-98 does not promote the release of oligomers from polyester fibers. These oligomers are highly dependent on the quality of polyester. In cheese dyeing, if it is directly reduced and cleaned in a dyebath, because the fibers release more oligomers, it may cause these to be impacted by the yarn and stop the circulation of the bath. In this case, it is recommended to use fresh bath for reduction cleaning.

Ø  It is suitable for the reduction and cleaning of polyester, acrylic, acetate fiber and their blended fabrics in acid bath to remove unfixed disperse dyes. Ø  Restore the PH value of the bath should be adjusted to 4

Ø  Suitable for common dyeing machines. This product does not produce foam and is stable in air. It is suitable for jet overflow dyeing.

Ø  Because the use of ZS-98 reduction cleaning process does not require the addition of alkaline agents to the bath or fresh bath, nor the use of acid neutralization of the washed product, it saves time, saves water, saves energy and additives, and ZS-98 is biodegradable, resulting in more easily treated wastewater

APPLICATION PROCESS

     The amount of ZS-98 used depends on the dyeing depth of the cleaning fabric and the pH in the bath

1Polyester, acrylic and polyester/nitrile blend dyeings

Add acid to adjust the pH to about 4, then add ZS-98

Dark color dosage   1-1.5ml/L

Dark dosage        1.5-2.5ml/L

Wash at 70-80°C for 10-20 minutes (70°C for acrylic), hot water, cold wash

If dark polyester/nitrile blends are washed directly in a dye bath, precipitation of anionic additives and cationic dyes is recommended. Add a dispersant or change to a fresh bath.

2Cleaning after cellulose acetate fiber dyeing

     In the acidic condition, the dyeing of vinegar fiber dyes is reduced and cleaned, which can reduce fiber damage. The formula is as follows

     Adjust the pH value first, then add 2g/L ZS-98, treat at 50~60°C for 15 minutes, then rinse with water

3Polyester-cotton blended fabrics for intermediate reduction cleaning with dispersion and reactive dyeing

Intermediate reduction cleaning with ZS-98 is more advantageous than conventional strong alkaline reduction cleaning because the pH in the bath tends to be closer to that of active dyeing after acidic cleaning, but the fabric must be thoroughly cleaned before active dyeing. Clean to remove possible reducing components 

PRECAUTIONS

n   Stability: Stable to hard water and alkali, but not directly mixed with acid. Acid should be added to the bath of the dyeing machine. The alkaline stock solution of this product can be stable for at least two days at room temperature

n   It can be mixed with anionic and nonionic products. If cationic additives or dyes are used in combination, precipitation may occur. In this case, dispersant can be added to the dye bath or a fresh working solution can be added

n   This product cannot be in contact with strong oxidants, such as hydrogen peroxide, sodium hypochlorite, etc

STORAGE AND PACKAGING

Storage: Store in a sealed container at a temperature of 0 to 30°C. The shelf life of the product is at least 24 months. At lower temperatures, the product may condense, but at elevated temperatures it can melt and be used without stirring. Once the bucket is opened, it should be used as soon as possible. If it is not used up, it must be sealed.
