CreaSeven CPD is a new type of special alkaline agent for reactive dye cold dyeing of cellulosic fiber fabrics.

                                                                                    

PRODUCT FEATURES

Ø  Replacing the mixture of water glass and caustic soda in reactive dye cold pad batch dyeing process

Recipe 30- 40 g/l CreaSeven CPD

When the amount of 100% caustic soda is greater than 15 g/l when dyeing in dark color or in the mixture of raw dye bath glass/ caustic soda, and Add 100% caustic soda 1-3 g/l

The amount of dye in the cold-pad pile dyeing process - the corresponding amount of the recommended amount of alkali agent

CreaSeven CPD can completely replace sodium silicate, but the amount of caustic soda in the original formulation is adjusted by experiment.
